SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 38.50 hours per week; Tuesday 08:15 – 16:45; Wednesday 08:15 – 16:45; Thursday 11:45 – 20:00; Friday 08:45 – 16:45; Saturday 10:45 – 19:00.

About the role:

To be an effective Sales Manager, you should:

  • Support the store management team in all product areas, back of house, and retail operations as needed.
  • Manage a team to offer great service and correct stock procedures in an atmosphere that is commercial, operationally effective, safe, and meets objectives.
  • Create an environment in which supporting, encouraging, and inspiring your people to accomplish their best is at the heart of all you do.
  • Work with the team to demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational tasks.
  • To satisfy company needs, ensure that communication is always up to date and correct.
