Job Summary

Main Duties of the Job

Wickford PCN invites applications from newly qualified General Practitioners who have completed training within the past two years. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team (MDT), you will be responsible for delivering clinical care, including home visits, across multiple practice locations. This part-time role involves working 4 to 5 sessions weekly, adhering to GMC standards, and meeting DES obligations.

These include the Robert Frew Medical Centre (with a branch at Shotgate Surgery), The London Road Surgery, and Swanwood Partnership, collectively serving approximately 39,000 patients. Qualifications and Requirements

• GMC registration.
• Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
• Qualification within the last two years (post-October 2022).
• Full UK driving license to accommodate travel needs for patient care, including care homes and home visits.
