Job Overview

Alliance Medical Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our dynamic team at the South Tyneside and Sunderland Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC). Candidates with prior experience in a healthcare setting are highly desirable as the role involves direct patient interaction, including meeting and greeting.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing patient telephone bookings for attendance at our services.
  • Providing exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Performing general administrative tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Organising filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
