About this Role
HMRC’s Chief Digital & Information Office is seeking Agile Delivery Managers to join Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) — the team that handles HMRC’s core integration/middleware services, processing over a billion transactions every year. You will guide and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital products, applying Agile methodologies throughout the delivery lifecycle, removing blockers and fostering collaboration and transparency. Key responsibilities include coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile techniques, monitoring delivery progress, managing expectations with stakeholders, and leading a culture of continuous improvement. 4 posts available across Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Newcastle, Telford and Worthing.
