About this Role

Epworth Education Trust is seeking an HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist to lead and develop psychological services across the Trust, fostering relational and trauma-informed approaches.

In this role, you will:
– Lead and develop psychological services across the Trust, fostering relational and trauma-informed approaches
– Balance direct work with children alongside consultation, assessment, training and strategic advice for staff
– Support all areas of SEND in line with the Code of Practice, using a solution-focused, preventative model
– Inform interventions including classroom strategies, curriculum adaptations, therapeutic support, and referrals to external agencies such as CAMHS
– Plan and deliver SEND-specific CPD and training, working alongside Executive Leaders
– Contribute to the development of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and strategic SEND initiatives
– Evaluate and celebrate the positive impact of work through teacher feedback, EHCP outcomes, case studies and learning walks

Requirements:
– HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist
– Passionate about inclusion, mental health, and helping children succeed academically and in life

Part-time and term-time hours will be considered. The role is based at the central office in Leigh with travel to Trust schools.
