About this Role
Play a central role within the BBC’s Generative AI Team, leading medium to large-scale innovation projects from a prioritised hypothesis through to validated pilot delivery and effective handover to the business for scaling. Work across business, data and delivery teams in a fast-moving, matrix-managed environment. Requires strong experience of complex and innovation projects in large organisations, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to balance pace, rigour and risk in delivering initiatives involving new technologies or organisational change. Based across London, Cardiff and Salford.
