About this Role
The Incubator for Artificial Intelligence (i.AI) is the UK government’s engine room for building AI products used daily by thousands of civil servants. Its Recruitment Operations team is hiring an Onboarding Lead to manage complex HR and onboarding processes (including visa, security clearance and contractor arrangements), improve onboarding infrastructure as the organisation scales rapidly, and shape the experience of every new joiner to i.AI and the AI Security Institute.
