About this Role
UKHSA is looking for a senior Business Operations Manager to lead the delivery of business operation services supporting 13 laboratories in the Clinical Network Laboratory Division. The postholder will lead a business support team, overseeing recruitment and workforce functions, finance, business planning, risk management, corporate governance and learning and development. Responsibilities include divisional leadership and resource management, business planning and delivery, financial and resource management, and quality, governance and risk oversight, working closely with senior stakeholders across UKHSA and representing the division on national forums.
