About this Role
Lichfield Festival, a registered charity delivering a flagship multi-arts festival alongside a literature festival, chamber music festival and year-round Learning & Participation programme, is looking for a Head of Fundraising & Partnerships. You’ll manage and build relationships with corporate partners and high-net-worth individual sponsors, finding new streams of income generation and securing advertising revenue. Working in a small team of four under the Festival Director, responsibilities include delivering corporate and individual giving fundraising targets, building in-kind partnerships, and producing the Festival’s Impact Report.
