About this Role
The Hive College, a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 with Special Educational Needs and disabilities, rated Outstanding by Ofsted in every aspect, is seeking a Level 3 Workplace Mentor / Job Coach. The role supports the work placement team in meeting the needs of students across individualised study programmes focused on preparation for adulthood, including employment, independent living, good health, and friends, relationships and community. Responsibilities include mentoring, pastoral care, and supporting students in the workplace and community. Candidates should hold an NVQ Level 3 Vocational or Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) plus GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above.
