Schools Outreach Coordinator

About this Role

The Schools Outreach Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with key accounts while exploring, researching and building new sales leads across a range of theatre education programmes. The postholder will manage key school accounts, develop new sales leads and support the planning and delivery of integrated sales campaigns. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager, they will report weekly on KPIs and sales targets, maintain accurate Salesforce records, interpret performance data and recommend clear actions to improve results. They will research and identify new opportunities, including academy trusts, education conferences and sector networks, and build relationships with schools through meetings, calls, email, LinkedIn, events and consistent follow-up. The role requires a strong awareness of developments in the UK education sector and the ability to position the charity’s work as a solution-focused service.
