Marketing and Communications Manager

About this Role

This new full-time role will raise the profile of a cross-artform creative programme in Crawley, West Sussex. The postholder will lead campaign planning and delivery across all programmes and events, including digital, print and on-the-ground channels, write copy for the website, newsletters and social channels, set and monitor campaign KPIs and manage campaign budgets and the CRM. They will support implementation of the annual marketing and audience development strategy, manage brand, messaging and tone of voice, oversee audience insight and data, build and manage media, PR and stakeholder relationships, commission freelancers and external suppliers, and line manage a Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant. Essential experience includes arts, culture or place-based/community marketing, strong strategic planning and campaign management skills, budget and supplier management, and an understanding of audience development and engagement.
