People and Culture Partner

About this Role

The People and Culture Partner role is operationally critical to supporting the delivery of LAMDA’s 2030 strategy. Working with the Director of People and Culture, you will develop and transform LAMDA’s People function, modernising HR processes and supporting the culture shift from a transactional service to a true people partnering function that develops relationships, supports, coaches and guides leaders. The role provides core professional knowledge in human resource management, particularly employee relations and policy development. You will lead and coordinate the management of employee relations cases including absence management, investigations, grievances, disciplinaries and appeals; liaise with Occupational Health, Access to Work and legal professionals; work with the Director of People and Culture on complex ER cases; and act as a trusted advisor delivering guidance in line with legislation and company policies. You will also maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with UK employment law, undertake job evaluation activities, identify HR process improvements, and design and present accurate HR data and reports to support senior management decision-making.
