We are excited to be seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our vibrant school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting staff, students, and

visitors in a dynamic educational environment.

About the Role

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and staff. You’ll help create a warm and efficient front-of-house experience while supporting the wider administrative team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors and managing sign-in procedures
• Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
• Assisting with general administrative tasks and school communications

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, approachable manner and a passion for helping others
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and school systems)
• Previous experience in an Education setting or customer-facing role

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
