About this role

• Work alongside the class teacher and
  SENCO to support children with additional needs
• Have knowledge and experience of
  working with children with additional needs in KS2
• Have experience of delivering a range
  of interventions to support children with additional needs
• Have a proven track record of nurturing
  and engaging positively with children with additional needs
• Have a positive outlook and demonstrate
  this on a daily basis
• Demonstrate a belief that all
  behaviours are a communication
• Promote our school values
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Build strong positive partnerships with
  our parents/families
• Be hardworking and dedicated
• Be able to work both independently and
  as part of a team
