full potential.

an experienced Teaching Assistant or aspiring HLTA to take on a rewarding role
that combines classroom leadership, pupil support and meaningful opportunities

Whether working with whole classes, small groups or individual pupils, you will
play a vital role in helping children develop the knowledge, confidence and

  • Providing
pastoral support that helps pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn
  • Working
collaboratively with colleagues and families to secure the best outcomes
    for every child

Through your work, you will help
ensure children develop into confident learners who are prepared for the next
stage of their education and beyond.

At Oasis Academy Don Valley, we are
committed to developing successful learners for the future in an exciting,
secure and happy environment where every individual is valued and encouraged to
be their very best. Our academy is built upon the values of Pride, Respect,
Enthusiasm, Courage and Hope, which underpin everything we do.

the confidence to embrace new challenges
  • Show
    respect for themselves and others
  • Approach
    learning with enthusiasm and curiosity

  • Grow
into responsible citizens who contribute positively to their communities

Every day presents an opportunity to
help children realise their potential and turn their aspirations into reality.
