Location: Lisburn Shop (Market Square), Craigavon Warehouse, Northern Ireland
Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Pay: £11.44 per hour plus benefits

We’re seeking a proactive Retail Stock Processor to join our trading team. By taking care of pre-loved items and preparing them for resale, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our mission. You’ll work alongside a team of equally committed individuals driven to make a difference.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Processing and managing both donated and new stock, ensuring proper rotation, pricing, steaming, tagging, and replenishment.
• Assisting the store team in meeting sales and fundraising objectives.
• Supporting the training of colleagues and volunteers in stock processing tasks.
• Maintaining compliance with safeguarding, security, health and safety, and other relevant standards.
• Using excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for customers and supporters.
• Handling various manual and physical tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
