About this Role
North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Accredited or experienced Clinical Coder to join its Clinical Coding team at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. The ideal candidate is IHRIM ACC qualified with experience coding a broad range of clinical specialties, translating clinical information into diagnostic and procedure codes from patient health records. Applicants need excellent communication and analytical skills, good working knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy, and the ability to conduct validation exercises with consultants. Experienced coders without the IHRIM qualification are also welcome, with the option to study towards the National Clinical Coding Qualification.
