About this Role
Soho Theatre, London’s vibrant producer of new theatre, comedy and cabaret, is hiring an Audiences Manager to lead its ticketing and sales function. Sitting within the Communications team, the role combines operational delivery with a strong commercial focus, using systems, pricing and audience insight to grow income. You will lead show setup in Spektrix, own ticketing operations across both venues, manage relationships with external ticketing partners, support dynamic pricing strategy, drive ticket income and secondary spend, and line manage the Ticketing Officers team. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience with ticketing systems such as Spektrix, team leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and an understanding of pricing strategy.
