About this Role
HCRG Care Group is looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join its Business Development Team and help drive business growth. You will write and produce high-quality, compelling and persuasive content for tenders, business proposals and other work-winning submissions, playing a pivotal role in showcasing the organisation as provider of choice to commissioning bodies including local authorities, NHS ICBs, NHS England and NHS provider trusts. You will lead multiple concurrent bid responses, conduct detailed research on market trends, competitors and clients, consult with corporate and operational subject matter experts to gather and refine bid content, and build and maintain an AI library for bid generation. The ideal candidate has excellent written and oral communication skills, experience writing bids and tenders, experience with business development and business intelligence, demonstrable experience working with AI technology, and knowledge of tendering processes such as NHS England commissioning. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week, primarily remote with some national and regional travel.
