About this Role
BBC Studios is looking for a Commercial, Rights & Business Affairs Executive to provide legal expertise, support and strong negotiating skills across a variety of productions and development agreements. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on copyright clearance and contributor fees, ensuring necessary rights are acquired for programme exploitation, and building collaborative relationships across commissioning, editorial policy and legal teams. Candidates should have experience negotiating contracts and a commercial, business-oriented approach; legal qualifications are desirable but not essential.
