About this Role
Haringey will be the London Borough of Culture in 2027, a Mayor of London initiative, and CULTUREshift is a key part of the programme for children and young people. As Creative Lead you will develop a programme enabling 12–18 year olds to create and lead a youth presence during the Borough of Culture year: recruiting, training, mentoring and supporting the Rebel Collective, a group of young people empowered to curate and deliver their own events — programming by young people, for young people. Sessions run alongside guest creative specialists from April 2027 to March 2028. The collective is looking for a creative or cultural organisation, or independent creatives, with experience delivering dynamic contemporary training programmes for young people. Anticipated commitment is around half a day per week on average. Interviews will be held 18 August 2026.
