About this Role
Sikh Academies Trust is seeking a highly organised Data and Communications Lead to join its central team, championing data systems, streamlining operations and elevating brand communication. The role acts as lead administrator for SIMS, NovaT and 4Matrix, runs termly data drops and attainment analysis for senior leadership and governors, line-manages the marketing team, develops the Trust’s communication strategy, and coordinates reports for Local Advisory Boards. Candidates need advanced SIMS/NovaT expertise and experience designing strategic communication plans within a UK school or Multi-Academy Trust.
