We are looking for
someone who:

• Is an experienced and successful school leader with a
  track record of driving improvement.
• Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and child
  protection, and is ready to lead as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Is passionate about inclusion and committed to
  removing barriers so that every child can flourish.
• Can inspire, support and challenge colleagues to
  achieve the highest standards.
• Has experience of working effectively with families,
  external agencies and wider stakeholders.
• Demonstrates warmth, resilience, integrity and a
  genuine commitment to children and their communities.
