Evergreen School, a special school in Warwick, is creating a new EHCP Provision and Funding Co-ordinator role to make sure each pupil’s Education, Health and Care Plan provision is correctly resourced and funded. You’ll work closely with teachers and senior leaders to keep individual support on track and ensure the school meets its duties under the Children & Families Act.
