Engineering Apprentice position at Lincoln UTC

Lincoln UTC wishes to appoint an enthusiastic Engineering
Apprentice to join our specialist engineering team.

The college is smaller than most schools but is growing in
popularity. We currently have just under 400 students on roll. Lincoln UTC
currently approximately 35 teaching staff supported by a team of 6 teaching
assistants. We are an uncommonly ‘tight knit’ and supportive community.

Behaviour at the college is exceptional and the
relationships that exist between students and staff are very positive.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in all
aspects of college life alongside the completion of a 3-year apprenticeship
delivered onsite at the UTC.

Prior experience within engineering is not essential but is
welcomed. Full training and support will be available. This is a fixed term position
for 3 years (duration of the apprenticeship), term time + 10 days (pro rata).
