About this Role
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Family Liaison Officer to join Airedale Academy. This key role focuses on improving student attendance through effective partnership working with families, students and staff, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive and achieve their full potential. You will promote excellent levels of attendance across the Academy, work alongside Attendance Improvement Officers and senior leaders to implement academy-wide attendance strategies, and engage with parents and families via home or on-site visits to explore and offer support to improve student attendance.
