About this Role
Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Finance Director with a passion for the arts to join its Management team, working alongside the Artistic Director to deliver strategic and financial objectives. Responsibilities include building charitable reserves, managing monthly management accounting, devising the annual budget, financial planning and reporting, presenting to the Resources sub-committee of the Board, managing tax reporting obligations, and handling external audits. Candidates should be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or have equivalent experience, with strong financial planning skills and proficiency in SAGE 50 and SAGE Payroll.
