About this Role
Lead the customer-facing operations at Dorking Halls, a thriving 800-seat arts venue and cinema in Surrey. You will oversee all front of house and hospitality operations including the cafe and bar, conference catering and private hire, acting as Duty Manager and key holder, and leading a team of Duty Managers and Event Assistants. The role suits someone with experience managing catering, hospitality or food and beverage operations, strong people management skills and a commitment to excellent customer care.
