About this Role
A friendly rural GP practice serving around 8,200 patients across two surgeries in South West Anglesey is recruiting a Health Care Assistant at Llanfairpwll Health Centre. Working under the supervision of the Nurse Team, you will assist the clinical team with prescribed programmes of patient care: morning phlebotomy and anticoagulation testing clinics, and afternoon clinics covering ECG recording, wound care, health checks, basic dressings and immunisations. Applications are welcome from experienced Healthcare Assistants as well as people new to healthcare with the right values and willingness to learn — full training and support will be provided. GCSE English and Maths essential; venepuncture training and NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care desirable.
