Inclusion Base Coordinator

About this role

We are seeking someone who:

• Has experience of
  working with young people who face barriers to learning, including SEND and
  social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Has the ability to
  build meaningful and trusting relationships with pupils and families.
• Believes that high
  expectations and strong relationships are fundamental to successful inclusion.
• Is committed to
  helping every pupil feel valued, supported and that they belong.
• Can coordinate
  personalised support and intervention programmes that remove barriers to
  learning.
• Is passionate about
  inclusion and excited by the opportunity to help develop a new provision from
  the outset.
• Can work
  collaboratively with colleagues to ensure pupils successfully access and thrive
  within mainstream education.
