About this Role
The BBC is recruiting a Lead Product Operations Manager to own how strategic intent is shaped into clear, prioritised and capacity-aware plans across the Product Group. The postholder will develop the planning frameworks, operating rhythms and tooling that connect strategy, delivery, finance and workforce planning — combining strong planning approaches with expert use of platforms such as Jira to help leaders balance ambition with capacity and align investment with priorities. Band E, permanent and full-time, based at any UK BBC office on a hybrid basis (Glasgow, London or Newcastle-upon-Tyne).
