About this Role
Aberdeen Arts Centre is seeking an Operations Manager to lead front-of-house operations, the cafe bar, duty management and volunteer activities, ensuring the venue is safe, welcoming and ready for every event. The role involves leading Duty Managers and volunteers, establishing operational systems and standards, overseeing stock and cash processes, and managing health, safety and building compliance. Previous arts venue experience isn’t required; relevant backgrounds include hospitality, leisure, events, visitor attractions, retail or community venues.
