About this Role

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dynamic, flexible and forward thinking Occupational Therapist with experience of working with children and young people with physical disabilities, to join the Children’s Community Occupational Therapy Team covering South Cumbria on a fixed-term basis. The post holder will manage a clinical caseload, involving assessment, advising, planning, delivering and evaluating treatment for a wide range of children and young people, and will provide supervision and support to other team members including therapy assistants and students. A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are essential, along with experience working with children and knowledge of the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) framework.
