You will have:

• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Experience of working with young people and families in a secondary school setting.
• Experience of providing counselling/pastoral support or careers guidance within a secondary school setting.
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
• The ability to work effectively and sensitively with a range of groups and individuals.
