About this Role
The Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) is seeking a Performance Measurement & Analytics Lead to define the strategy and delivery model for KPIs measuring the success of this newly-formed body. You will own and iterate the Performance Framework, provide strategic and technical leadership to the analytics team, and build close relationships with IBCA business areas to ensure performance reporting is accurate and supports the organisation’s critical work for the infected blood community.
