About this Role
The National Crime Agency’s Joint International Crime Centre is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to lead a critical digital capability enabling collaboration across UK and global law enforcement partners. You’ll manage NCA International’s recently deployed Case Management System, working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to prioritise fixes, bugs and enhancements. The role involves translating business requirements into user stories, managing the product backlog, overseeing testing, and leading a small team to deliver an effective case management system in a fast-paced, operationally critical environment.
