About this Role
Wetherby High School, a forward-thinking secondary school in North Leeds with an inclusive and restorative ethos, is looking for an experienced SENCo to develop and lead its SEND strategy and provision as a Senior Manager on the Extended Leadership Team. You’ll need a strong knowledge of current SEND practice, the ability to inspire and lead a SEND team to meet the needs of the most vulnerable learners, and a track record of managing effective resource provision. The role includes providing a highly effective universal SEND offer while embracing change and new opportunities within the school’s restorative ethos.
