About this Role
St Gabriel The Archangel Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Senior Finance Partner to join its growing Finance Shared Services team, leading Trust-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A), innovation, strategic projects and procurement. The role provides high-quality forward planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and strategic financial leadership across the Trust, along with strategic oversight of the procurement function and direct line management of the Procurement Manager and Senior Financial Planning Analyst. Responsibilities include leading Trust-wide budgeting and forecasting, driving finance transformation initiatives using technology and automation, ensuring governance and compliance with ESFA requirements and the Academies Trust Handbook, and acting as the Trust’s finance champion building financial literacy across the organisation. Candidates should have integrity, technical proficiency in month-end reporting and reconciliations, and strong communication skills to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
