About this Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for digital systems and the evolving healthcare environment at University Hospitals Tees. The Trust provides a broad range of acute and specialist services across multiple hospital sites, creating an excellent platform for innovative thinking and the development of digital solutions that enhance patient care. Key priorities for the Trust and Pharmacy Department include the safe and effective management of Digital Medicines Management Systems, including EPMA, and the continued development of these systems to improve patient safety, streamline medicines optimisation, and support efficient clinical workflows. The post holder will be based within University Hospitals Tees and will work across UHT sites to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance of digital pharmacy and medicines management projects. Essential requirements include registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), experience working with medicines-related digital systems including EPMA, and experience of leading digital transformation, service improvement or informatics projects.
