Service Designer

About this Role

Girlguiding is looking for a Service Designer to help deliver impactful and user-centred services for its members. Your focus will start with Girlguiding’s volunteers, but there is a range of design opportunities within the girl experience too. You will play a key role in transforming services, ensuring they meet the differing needs of user types while aligning with organisational goals. Girlguiding would love to hear from candidates with experience of working within a multidisciplinary environment, a strong understanding of design-thinking principles, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end service design. As part of its transformation programme, Girlguiding is developing a way of working and a culture that enables human-centred design to become more recognised and routine across the organisation. This is an ambitious programme fully supported and funded by the Executive Team and Board of Trustees, offering the chance to work across leadership and culture spaces to increase impact and improve the girl experience. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis.
