About this Role
Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and driven BI analyst to support delivery across a number of key productivity workstreams. This is an opportunity to join the Trust as a key member of the Business Intelligence Team, providing expert analytics to inform and shape delivery plans, working closely with the Associate Director of Operational Productivity. Main duties include model service planning; utilisation of capacity and demand modelling tools; utilisation of benchmarking tools to drive capacity and demand improvement; delivery of informatics to inform the annual planning cycle; expert interpretation of complex data to drive performance, quality and service improvements; providing capacity and demand expertise to the Divisional Analyst Team; and developing triangulation tools linking demand, capacity, workforce and finance informatics. Candidates need a degree in a numerate, informatics or business management subject (or equivalent experience), extensive experience of information analysis and reporting, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, SSRS, SQL and ETL.
