Teacher (Bank Worker) – Creative, Alternative School

About this Role

The Complete Works, an Ofsted-Outstanding alternative school and education charity with a 25-year track record, is looking for passionate and creative people to teach one-to-one lessons with young people across London, working in students’ homes and other public spaces. You do not need to be a qualified teacher — training is provided, and you’ll be mentored by a QTS teacher with support from specialists in safeguarding, wellbeing and interventions. Students have high needs including SEN, medical needs and SEMH, so experience working with young people is important, along with willingness to teach English, Maths and Science up to KS3/KS4 and GCSEs at grade C or above in those subjects. The school blends personalised lessons with creative projects and comprehensive wellbeing support, giving teachers freedom to adapt the curriculum with creative methods.
