About this Role
Whitefriars School, a fully integrated 3 to 18 all-through academy in Harrow, is looking for a positive, dynamic and resilient Welfare Co-ordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent, term-time-only basis. Under the instruction and guidance of the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Welfare Team and providing first aid and welfare support to all children across both the Primary and Secondary Schools, in accordance with the welfare support rota. The school was judged Outstanding by Ofsted for Nursery and Reception (EYFS) and Good in all other areas including Sixth Form in March 2024. Staff wellbeing is a priority: the school is signed up to the DfE staff wellbeing charter mark and offers an ethical and supportive middle and senior leadership team, a two-week October half-term, early finish on Mondays for professional development time, an on-site nursery with staff discounts, and enrichment clubs on Friday afternoons.
