We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Superstore Supervisor to support the Trading team in our homeware department. As an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, you’ll work closely with the superstore management team to meet sales and fundraising goals. Your superstore will be a space where the community can connect with our people, understand our mission, and witness the positive impact of our work.

What Will I Be Doing?
- Overseeing the commercial operation of the homeware department, which includes managing stock, displays, merchandising, store layout, sales, and shop standards.
- Working with the superstore management team to achieve targets for donated stock, cash, gift aid, average selling price, sell-through rates, and stock processing.
- Leading by example to deliver excellent customer and supporter service.
- Assisting with organising and executing creative fundraising events for the store.
- Acting as a deputy for the superstore management team, which includes supervising staff and volunteers, providing training, and taking on keyholder responsibilities when needed.
- Engaging in manual handling and physical activities as part of daily tasks.
