The role involves shaping sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, using data-driven insights to attract top-tier candidates, and championing SLC’s employer brand. There is particular interest in candidates with experience in early careers initiatives such as apprenticeships and graduate programmes. Candidates need significant in-house recruitment experience for non-volume roles, expert sourcing skills, proficiency with ATS (Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong stakeholder management abilities.
