About this Role
The Marylebone Theatre is seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Development Director to partner the Artistic Director and Executive Director in developing and driving forward a fundraising strategy with the goal of securing £200k annually. Responsibilities span strategic fundraising planning across major donations, patrons and corporates, and trusts and foundations, leading on donor relationships and cultivation events, designing a Patrons and Membership scheme, and overseeing fundraising materials. Requires proven experience securing gifts from individual supporters, strong event planning and project management skills, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
