About this Role
Harris Aspire Academy is seeking a Behaviour Manager to lead its GAIN (Grasp, Achieve, Improve, Next Steps) Provision, joining the pastoral team to strengthen support for students. Responsibilities include leading implementation of the Behaviour and Learning policy, managing student movement and conduct throughout the day, liaising with home academies on behaviour and safeguarding issues, working with families and students to encourage positive outcomes, and reducing potential permanent exclusion through alternative curriculum and behaviour intervention. Requires GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, safeguarding training, and at least three years’ experience in an inner city school setting.
