About this Role
MHCLG’s Elections Directorate is delivering the Electoral Resilience and Democratic Engagement Programme, a major reform bringing together legislative, digital and operational change to modernise the UK electoral system. The Risk and Issue Lead will lead Directorate-wide risk management, maintain the risk and issues register, translate complex risk and assurance information into decision-ready reporting for senior boards, and strengthen governance arrangements to support effective oversight and timely decision-making.
