Investigations Manager (Quality Assurance)

The Investigations Manager, Quality Assurance plays a critical role in fostering a culture of transparency, accountability and trust. The role coordinates between investigation teams and provides reporting and support to senior leaders about investigation team performance, standards and implementation of investigation outcomes. Key responsibilities include maintaining a dynamic understanding of investigation teams’ utilisation, performance, SLA compliance and quality performance; designing and performing quality assurance processes to validate evidential consistency; owning logging and tracking of actions and recommendations from investigation reports; and promoting awareness, trust and confidence in the whistleblowing process. Essential criteria include significant experience overseeing complex investigations, case management or assurance functions within a HR, whistleblowing or corporate investigations environment, plus strong analytical and reporting skills. The role can be based at any major BBC hub in the UK.
